TRIBUTE

We are sorry to announce the sad passing of Nicholas Evans earlier today.
Nicholas Evans became a painter late in life and continued to paint until just a few weeks ago. He died aged 97.
His evocative images of the Welsh miners, painted mainly by squeezing oil paint onto his fingers and applying it directly onto the canvas, are now amongst the collections of major galleries in Wales, the U.K. and around the world.
Nick Evans will be sadly missed.
